Sessions are 55 minutes, held virtually, and scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on what works for you. This is your dedicated space, consistent, private, and entirely focused on you. No agenda beyond what matters most to you that day.

Sessions are led by Tasha-Mae, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Doctoral Candidate in Clinical Social Work (DCSW), trained in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and attachment theory.
Rooted Thread Wellness specializes in working with women and teen girls (15+) who are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, life transitions, identity, self-worth, and relationship challenges.
