Sessions are led by Tasha-Mae, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Doctoral Candidate in Clinical Social Work (DCSW), trained in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and attachment theory.

Rooted Thread Wellness specializes in working with women and teen girls (15+) who are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, life transitions, identity, self-worth, and relationship challenges. There is also a particular focus on the mother-daughter relationship and the unique ways that bond shapes who we become.
